By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using LeadFlow AI, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse.
• You may not transfer, sell, or share account access except where expressly permitted.

LeadFlow AI may generate suggested replies, summaries, recommendations, and other content using artificial intelligence.

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unsuitable, biased, or misleading. You must independently review and approve generated content before sending, publishing, or relying on it.

You may use LeadFlow AI only for lawful, legitimate business purposes.

You may not use the service for spam, fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, illegal activity, privacy violations, security abuse, intellectual-property infringement, harmful misinformation, or other prohibited purposes.

• Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing interval displayed at checkout.
• You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled, where indicated during checkout.
• Taxes, payment-processing rules, and currency handling may vary depending on location and payment provider.
• Failure to pay may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of paid features.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

You retain ownership of content and business data you submit, subject to the rights required for us to operate and provide the service.

You confirm that you have all permissions, consents, and lawful rights required to submit and process such content through LeadFlow AI.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risks, unlawful activity, abuse, policy violations, or risks to users, recipients, service providers, or VISHNEXA.

LeadFlow AI is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VISHNEXA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms when our services, legal requirements, or business practices change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
